- Broadcast Operations Support Manager
We are looking for a manager to coordinate the broadcast operations and technical support of our TV and Cable customers. Using automated dashboard and manual methods, you will ensure that systems are properly functioning and traffic data flows properly through the systems. This position involves occasionally manually inputting traffic data. You will direct the activities of the various engineers involved in technical support and lead and motivate team to meet company-wide service goals. You will confer with end users and vendors and should be able to negotiate service/upgrade terms with Broadcast customers and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires to be available during extended morning drive time (5am through 12noon eastern weekdays) to answer emergency or technical support calls. - Webmaster (Santa Clara, CA)
If you have the eye of a designer, a talent for marketing, excellent English writing skills and at least three years web development, we would like to speak to you. The Webmaster will oversee implementation of Beat the Traffic's marketing and communications strategies via the websites and email and oversee maintenance of the email databases. You will update content and enhance usability of Beat the Traffic's websites. You will develop a new CMS to facilitate content changes, create digital assets and organize them in a rational and extensible way. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing strict SEO/Meta tag guidelines and monitoring organic SERP Progress. You will also monitor, analyze and maintain stat tracking reports. We are looking for an individual who possesses web development skills as well as experience in ASP.NET as well as Javascript/AJAX skills.
